Who we are
Twenty-First Century Group, Inc. is a bipartisan consulting firm specializing in Federal Government affairs. The firm’s Chief Executive Officer is a former Congressman Jack Fields, who served in Congress from 1980 to 1997. Jack served as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Finance from 1995 to 1997, during which time his leadership led to the passage of the landmark Telecommunications Act of 1996, the first major reform of the telecommunications policy since 1934. Jack’s efforts also led to passage of the National Securities Markets Improvements Act of 1996.
What we do
