Klement Camaj

Klement Camaj is a consultant with The Stevenson Group. He has a strong background in international relations, foreign policy, and national security sectors, specializing in geopolitical risk analysis, defense, security, and strategy. His strengths are in identifying and mitigating growing international risks to security and international markets. Klement is highly skilled in multi-disciplinary analysis and utilizing various methodological approaches. He has strong insight and the ability to create solutions to meet client needs. Klement is a natural collaborator and enabler across multi-functional teams, with strong cross-cultural and diplomatic skills, able to build effective working relationships with clients.
Prior to joining TSG, Klement worked in international education and academia in China, Iraq, and Kuwait, and was part of the management team of a start-up European think-tank. Klement is a polyglot speaking fluent Albanian and Serbo-Croatian, with an advanced level of Russian, Spanish and Italian.
Klement is currently working on his Ph.D. in Cultural Diplomacy and Migration with the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, Berlin and the University of the West of Scotland, Glasgow. Klement has his master’s degree in Geopolitics, Territory, and Security from King’s College London, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Radford University, Virginia.
