Ronald N. Langston brings to the Stevenson Group a unique combination of public, private and non-profit sector experience with expertise in public administration, public policy and governmental affairs. He is the former Subcabinet Senior Executive Service appointee in the US Department of Commerce as National Director and CEO of the Minority Business Development Agency, Washington DC. He successfully transformed a Federal bureaucratic agency into a thriving entrepreneurial organization increasing procurement contracts and financial transactions for minority business enterprises four-fold from $900 million in FY 2002 to $3.9 billion in FY 2009. He introduced innovative, creative organizational and execution strategies leading to results and strengthened strategic alliances nationally and globally.
Ronald is the principal of Langston Global Enterprises a boutique business enterprise consulting firm specializing in linking emerging markets in Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia-Pacific, China and the Americas with US small and medium enterprises. As a consultant Ronald is highly skilled in leadership and organizational management, business entrepreneurship, and US competitiveness.
Ronald N. Langston holds degrees from the University of Iowa, City University of New York (National Urban Fellows, elected to the National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration), and the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
